The information you provide here is stored in our system and are published in our Online Store Locator on our Websites (mezcrafts.com and branded websites) and used by end customers to get in contact with you.

By submitting the completed form, you agree to the creation of the user and company profile as well as the
Publication of your company details in our Online Store Locator (Article 6 (1) a) GDPR). You can object to the publication of your company data at any time in accordance with Article 21 GDPR and have the storage of user and company data on our online system deleted at any time (Article 17 GDPR)
